The ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN A LONGGGGG TIME. from the moment I entered the store I was greeted and fully assisted , given reasonable prices that helped me stay within my budget, to being gifted with a beautiful gift to show their appreciation towards their customers. Definitely going to be a lifetime customer .

We were searching for a couch and dresser within our budget when we spotted this place while driving and decided to stop in. We’re so glad we did. We ended up finding both a great dresser and a sectional that fit our new apartment perfectly. Frank was incredibly kind, understanding, and very accommodating to everything we were looking for. Highly recommend this spot to students, working professionals, or anyone looking for quality furniture at a great price.

Amazing experience shopping here. Everyone is very friendly and gives you the space to look around without being on top of you. Matilda was a sweetheart she was so good with my kids and very knowledgeable of all the furniture. Gave a great deal on our sectional and also shipping was a breeze. Delivery was fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Great experience! Browsing showroom selection and ordering was fast and convenient, and delivery service was very efficient. There are options available that aren't shown, you have to ask. We got the sectional in the color we wanted (different from the store display), and a separate ottoman piece that wasn't displayed but was available. Will buy from them again.

I came into Pay Less feeling very indecisive, but Matilda truly helped me figure out what worked best for my apartment. She has a great eye and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Frank was also amazing and gave me a very good discount on my sectional couch, rug, and bed set. I really appreciate both of them for their patience and help. As Matilda said, “shop cheap but look expensive” — and that’s exactly what I did thanks to them!
